Alberta Territory Manager
Territory: Central Alberta
Territory: Central Alberta
“There is no system of production or soil amendment that will fix what is wrong with your soil. Only your understanding of how your soil functions will fix what ails your soil. You must become a student of what makes soil healthy. It’s that simple and there are no shortcuts.”
Not only have we been fortunate enough to build our business around this philosophy, but we are now in the position to lead the regenerative agriculture & soil health movement in Western Canada. However, we have realized we need help to deliver our message to farmers across Western Canada, specifically in the role of Territory Manager for Central Alberta.
This is an ideal role for someone who owns/operates a small mixed grain or cattle farm and is looking for new challenges, opportunities & supplemental income.
This is an opportunity to “run your own business” with a responsibility to meet sales forecasts & targets.
Manage a business-to-business relationship with dealers & farmers across Alberta
Work in partnership with fellow Alberta, Saskatchewan & Manitoba Territory Managers to collaborate & promote the overall business.
Tradeshow attendance, producer meetings & summer field tours.
Collaborate with our marketing & research teams to promote & support your dealer network.

Ability to use & learn our CRM software, which will be your #1 tool in managing your territory
Driver’s license (truck & expense card provided)

Willingness to travel within territory 2-3x per week.
For the right individual, Covers & Co. is prepared to pay what is required. Per annum bonus included depending on company sales targets being reached. Benefits included.
This job will be home-based/remote, with the expectation of joining company team functions across Western Canada.
In an effort to get the most qualified individuals to the top of the list as fast as possible, we respectfully ask that you respond via email to travis@coversandco.ca and include the following:
A brief paragraph about your skillset and the value you can bring to the company. Tell us why you want to join the team! How do your skills and your experience match what we’re looking for?
Don’t forget to attach a copy of your resume.
At the end of the day, we are looking for an individual who believes in our company vision. Empowering farmers to love their soil can not only help reduce input costs on the farm but also improve soil resiliency & regenerate small farming communities.
If you are of an entrepreneurial mindset & want to join a group of young entrepreneurs with an aligned vision, please consider applying for this exciting role.
