Field Of Dreams

The iconic film Field of Dreams film has resonated across generations, inspiring us to pursue our dreams of building a cover crop business. Growing up in the beautiful community of Clearwater, MB, and still calling it home today, we understand firsthand the enduring spirit of our town.

We raised over $60,000 for the Clearwater Foundation & encourage other ag businesses across Western Canada to host similar events in an effort to support the communities we all call home.

The Agenda

At this event, three Manitoban All-Star teams (East vs.West vs. Central) matched up in a Round-Robin tournament, with the final game played at golden hour.

 

  • 11:00 AM: We kicked off the day!

  • NOON: Baseball

    • Throughout the day, we enjoyed:

      • Food from the Clearwater Junction Restaurant

      • Beer Gardens brought to you by the Harvest Moon Society

      • Corn Maze, Belgium Bowling & Corn Hole

  • 6:00 PM: Home Run Derby Calcutta/auction

  • 7:00 PM: The Finals. The 2 top teams from round-robin played off

    • Fireworks following the finals

  • 10:00 PM: Retro Rhythm Review (Live Music) A 10 piece ensemble brass brand playing hits from the 60's and 70s.

  • OVERNIGHT: Camping In the lot East of the Field of Dreams. No electrical/sewer/water hookup.

Our sponsors shared our commitment to preserving local history and promoting engagement within rural communities. With their help, we were able to support students, community organizations, boards, and events in the Clearwater area for years to come!
